Warranties NZHUNTER.COM only provides warranty service for items we have a distributorship for. These items currently include all Mueller products, all Leapers products and all Falcon Optics products. All other products sold by NZHUNTER.COM include a manufacturers warranty where the purchaser can return the goods direct to the manufacturer in the event of product failure.
Consumer Guarantees Act All purchases from NZHUNTER.COM are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This Act guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are not not fit for the purpose for which they are bought, or if they are unsafe. If the customer returns goods under the terms of this provision, NZHUNTER.COM will provide a refund or a replacement product if the goods are returned within 30 days of purchase and in their original, new, unmarked, undamaged condition and with complete original, new, unmarked, undamaged packaging. We do not refund the cost of any postage.
